What are the Access Bars?
The Bars are 32 points on your head which, when gently touched, can assist with dissipating mind chatter, overwhelm, limiting thoughts, and the electromagnetic charge from those thoughts and feelings that hold us back and keep us stuck. It’s like hitting the delete button on your computer.
You can boost well-being in your mind and body and receive many benefits in a one-to-one Bars session or learn how in an Access Bars® Practitioner training.
Access Bars Sessions:
During an Access Bars session, your practitioner will gently touch certain points around your head to help you to release the energetic components of old thoughts, beliefs and emotions that no longer serve you.
