With over 24 years of Human Resources experience and a foundation as a Chartered MCIPD professional with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology, I combine corporate expertise with holistic wellness practices to create transformative experiences. My journey in mindfulness and meditation began more than three decades ago, influencing how I approach both personal and professional development.

KEY HIGHLIGHTS

  • Achieved a success rate of 97% attendance level three times over a six period and reduced sickness absence from 8.5% to 2% achieved through utilising an agile methodology and accurately monitoring and analysing absence data and conducting absence management meetings with employees.
  • Completed major projects, including leading an end-to-end redundancy project and implementing a shift pattern change for approximately 120 staff members, leading in a transition from 4-On/4-Off to 6 am to 2 pm/2 pm to 10 pm.
  • Executed the TUPE-Out project and redundancy project, ensuring a smooth transition and staff reduction process.
  • Attained recognition as one of the highest scorers in 360-degree feedback, coaching, and mentoring; directed and coached 25 managers to effectively avoid ET claims, leading to the highest retention rates in the region.
  • Managed redundancy consultations for approximately 100 projects, including handling TUPE mobilization, TUPE In, and TUPE Out, as well as staff transfers, harmonization of contract; demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills in resolving HR issues originating from the TUPE process.
  • Headed a recruitment campaign and resolved various Employee Relations (ER) cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, flexible working, giving advice and guidance on performance management as per company policy and payroll queries.
  • Effectively influenced line management to adhere to the company’s policies and procedures, which led in the resolution of issues without the need for Employment Tribunal (ET) claims.
  • Nurtured and trained HR apprentices, advocating for their professional development, resulting in successful employment within the organisation.
  • My ability to align human resources with strategic business goals ensures increased engagement, productivity, and organizational health.
